Cyr was professional and maintained a level of professionalism and loyalty to the SkinnyRX company in offering me alternatives and options to assist. I appreciate his empathy and compassion along with his ability to rectify the situation with the help of management for a positive outcome. Ivy - Client Care Coordinator
Client Care Coordinator Ivy was a great help when I called customer service. She was very prompt, professional, and friendly from start to finish of resolving my issue. At one point during our call we got disconnected, but she immediately called me back which I extremely appreciated. In the past, I’ve had not so great interactions with other companies customer service on phone calls but Ivy made my experience with SkinnyRx very smooth. She was very efficient with resolving my issue. Thanks again!
