I had a great experience getting signed up. I spoke with Stacy who was a wonderful person to connect with about the Skinny RX products . She was very informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate and am satisfied with initial service received and am looking forward to seeing what process I can make using weight loss medics prescribed. Thank you.

Quickly resolved miscommunication
There was a little miscommunication regarding scheduling a call with the clinical team. Ivy was able to quickly get it resolved and got everything back on track for me. I felt heard and cared about.

Aimee Belle Ba-ang was amazing with customer service skills.
Aimee Belle Ba-ang was very patient and made sure I had a good understanding about what I was doing and what I was receiving. Her customer service skills was top notch when making use I got what I needed.
