This company will straight up rob you
I found out that I couldn't be on this medication anymore and they refused to refund me for the 4 months I hadn't received yet then just didn't even respond. I had a medical emergency and they just robbed me of my hard earned money.

Booked my appointment with one of the…
Booked my appointment with one of the medical professional, and no one ever called or even sent link for the appointment. The customer service agents refused to refund for the subscription. Very unprofessional, not worth your money and time.

Scammers
Scammers. Zero ethics. My medication came spoiled because it was delayed 6 days in transit in 101 houston heat, instead of sending me a new one, they straight up said they cant do anything about it. I wasted $1200 on nothing.

Deceitful business
Scam business. products don't work, and when you think you cancel online, they make you confirm via phone call but are shady about telling you that. They gave me no notice of a renewal order, and will not refund my $1,000+.

Dishonest renewal policy
Dishonest renewal policy. Beware! Never mentioned at enrollment - buried deep in fine print. Customer service hides behind in-app messaging and is not unhelpful. Add to the experience that the tablets are minimally effective - buy elsewhere.

Deceptive Ads and Website
I feel that SkinnyRX's advertising and website is deceptive and misleading. They seem to indicate that the subscription cost includes the weight loss drug itself. It does NOT. You are paying them a monthly fee to write a prescription to send to a pharmacy where you will incur an additional cost for the drug itself.

SkinnyRx billed me for a month I didnt…
SkinnyRx billed me for a month I didnt receive a shipment. I had asked for a pause in treatment and they still billed the $349 telling me that will be the payment for when I restart treatment. I have decided to stop treatment and they wont issue a full refund. They are only issuing 25%. You only end up talking to AI in the chat feature. Not a real person. It is wrong to bill for services you dont provide. I regret that I didnt use a local provider because when problems arise, you have no voice. Update 6/23/26 Skinny Rx called me and they are refunding the entire amount, which was $349. I am very thankful they made it right. I dont know where or how this came about as they were adamant they were only refunsing 25% nonetheless I am grateful for their reconsideration.

We spoke twice
We spoke twice. I emailed and said to hold my shipment when i recieved the email saying it was shipping out. There was no clear link to say, im out of town can you hold it? I just replied and sent it. It should be that simple. The ship[ment went out and arrived at my home 3 days before I flew back in to my home state. Florida! Which is very hot! The shipment was spoiled and not consumed. I believe i fist spoke to her last week saying I was going out of town this FRIDAY and please send out a replacement shipment asap. I recieved a phone call from her today and she told me they were review my dosage request but did not address my replacement shipment. It’s been like two weeks! And the last (not the spoiled one-that went directly in the trash) shipment was half the dose.
