My representative is Aimee B and I first started with the oral. I started to gain weight from it. I was always hungry and craving sweet when I normally don’t eat sweets like that. Anyways I called her and asked her to switch me to the shot and she made adjustments to my account and gave me a discount for my troubles. I took the shot and I feel full From just one bite. Brenda made my day. No, my week. No—my month. I had a major issue with an order going through that shouldn’t have, and the previous customer support had kinda missed the issue and left me in a really, really tough spot. Enter Brenda. Not only is her voice soothing (without being aggressively all “I’m customer service and I’m rehearsed to help you”), she just completely leveled with me from the start without making me more worried about the situation. She was incredibly helpful, kind, intelligent, and ultimately fully solved my issue with zero escalation and not one moment of me feeling more upset or worried than when I called. Literally the best CS call from any company I’ve had in years. Give Brenda a raise. Seriously. She handled a complex issue and an admittedly distraught customer with grace and poise and made sure I walked away from that call completely happy. Whoever hired Brenda, you did well with that decision. I really appreciate being able to talk to someone that doesn’t just shut me down, but takes a moment to understand and resolve my issues with such grace. Thank you so much for having great staff, it makes ALL the difference. I likely would have cancelled my service and switched to another subscription if not for her being my call.
