Sheila was very helpful and handle my issue with compassion and care. My only complaint is NOT with Skinny Rx but with FedEx. All of my packages prior to July were delivered to my front door. Come July. No package. Didn't think much about it. Then one day I'm walking to my vehicle and see something white. Guess what it was??!! My Skinny RX. The driver placed the package on the pitched roof of my chicken coop. It had been out there so long the writing was completely faded. So because is July, and hot. I am out $349 not because Skinny RX didn't do their job. Rather the FedEx driver could not be bothered to walk 40 feet extra to put my package where it should have been delivered in the first place. So SkinnyRX 5⭐️ fedex....wouldnt allow them to pick up much less deliver my garbage. Shame on you fed ex. And yes I called every number I could get my hands on. I work for another delivery service and have access to numbers most do not. Shame on you Fed Ex. You used to be the example other companies strive to be like. Huge disappointment. HUGE.
