I wish I could choose ZERO stars!!
I wish I could choose ZERO stars!!! Travis lied to me about giving me the nausea medication for free to try in my original delivery. Travis said I would receive my delivery today which is another lie. When I called to speak to management, they cancelled my order without my authorization. Several other little lies were told to me from Travis but too much to type. Now they want to charge my account again after listening to the recorded call(s) but yet my refund isn’t showing up yet. I know it takes a few days, but I have NO way of telling if they are just running a scam or just have liars for employees.

What a NIGHTMARE
Dealing with this company has been what the stuff of nightmares is made of! I have been trying for WEEKS to get a replacement shipment. They go days without any response and then when they finally do, it literally has nothing to do with what we previously discussed. I have even okayed them to charge me yet again as THEY requested for a replacement (because Im punished for their issues) and I can’t even get that completed. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else

If I could give them a zero
If I could give them a zero, I would. After a week of waiting, trying to call multiple times, and zero communication from this company, I asked for a refund. They tried to refund me the incorrect amount. There was literally no communication from them. I am furious because I will now have to (more than likely) restart medication on a lower dose. I am a smart, college educated individual and I was treated like an idiot by customer service. Please save time and aggravation and order from ANY company other than SkinnyRx. I wish that I was able to attach photos. This company is not in Ohio, yet I have three calls from skinnyrx with a (513) area code since I have posted this review. In response to Skinnyrx… No. This is absolutely untrue. The day after I wrote this review I received a call from your company stating that the previous prescription that I sent in had been located (because the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at skinnyrx). The customer service agent informed me that the doctor had approved my dosage but I needed to pay $100 more. Spending one more minute of my life explaining this ridiculous situation is not worth it. This company is the worst.

Thieves and dishonest.
This company is dishonest and will try to steal your money. I first signed up thinking they had oral semiglutide, that was a complete lie. When I reached out and asked why I was not given an option, they stated we only have the injectable form. When I asked to cancel, they rush ordered a dose I could not return. And now, they refuse to cancel future orders. These folks are thiefs to people that do not want an injectable form. Steer away.

Do not use this company …
I was very disappointed with this company. You never talk to a provider only customer service rep. They charged me then never shipped the product. This happened twice so I cancelled since consistency is very important and I couldn’t keep missing injections due to them taking 10 days to ship. There’s other companies out there so do yourself a favor and choose another company. The headache isn’t worth it.

All the reviews here are fakes!!! They keep mentioning customer service members by name and they all repeat the same thing. I signed up just to see what the prices are and it's literally been almost a month later and I get phone calls almost daily from multiple phone numbers from this company. DO NOT SIGN UP!!! They are a scam. No legitimate company would call people from dozens of fake phone numbers. SCAM!

Do NOT use this website. I tried to sign up for it thinking that their price was $149. This is ONLY for the first month. After that the price goes up to $399 a month. I didn’t know this until after I entered in my email and phone number. They have contacted me nonstop since! I blocked their phone number, but they contacted me on another phone number. I went with hims which cost $199 each month.
