They called me at night after I filled out the survey. The survey did NOT ask for my phone number. They got my number somehow without my permission. I blocked the number and the next day they called me AGAIN from ANOTHER number. Predatory business and annoying to deal with. Went with a competitor.

SCAM!!!! The good reviews are FAKE!!!!!

I had a very negative experience with Skinny RX. Right out of the gate, I had horrible side effects from the semaglutide but they didn't care. They would NOT cancel my subscription and it never got better, only worse. Everything they promised never happened. There is no portal, there is no "medical department" because whenever I asked for a medical consult, they were never available. Seems shady. They call from different #'s all over the place that says "potential spam" which is weird and not Skinny RX. They promised me in the initial call that anti nausea meds would be included, they then charged me an extra $30 for them. They also charged me every 3 weeks, not every 4 weeks as I was told. They only time I heard from them was for them to confirm my address 15 times so they seem very unorganized. No one EVER answers their customer service line and it took 3 months of calling and emailing to get this subscription cancelled. I spent $800 to throw up, feel horrible and not lose any weight. All they care about is giving them positive feedback but they don't do anything to earn positive feedback. I have 2 unopened bottles I'd like to return but they refuse to get back to me about it. Negative experience from day 1.

I originally wrote a great review with SkinnyRX but then my first shipment arrived broken and reaching out to customer service has been a constant struggle and a joke. I am now one month since my purchase and I have yet to receive a vial of medicine that I can use. Each phone call is promising I will receive a tracking number soon and each day passes and nothing arrives. I would suggest if you are thinking of purchasing from this company, you are better off choosing a different one.

I ordered Semaglutide for $149 for the first month in July. At the time of my first refill, they tried to charge me $399. I emailed their customer service team to cancel my refills, because I can get the medication elsewhere for much cheaper, which I did in August with Strut. I was emailed back from the Skinny Rx CS team with a 50% offer on all future refills. I accepted the offer, but had questions: total cost, how to pay for the refills and dosage. I could not get an answer to any of these questions after multiple emails. When I finally got a response, I asked about the link to their portal to update my card information. After waiting three days, I had to create a new account to order the medication. I then emailed customer service advising them of this to get the 50% off deal on refills for this account. No response after two days, and my prescription has not been approved either. Their website promotes overnight shipping, which is not true at all, and their customer service completely sucks!

Awful Awful Awful! From the beginning it’s been a mess. First after I ordered & paid & approved I was told it would be about 2wk wait & I needed to change my delivery address bc it was being sent USPS. NOPE it’s sent by FedEx and my mailing is different from my delivery. I waited over a mnth & called only to find out what was wrong & no updates as promised. Then when it finally delivered it was hot!! Called up cs & was told I would get my next delivery for $99 nope $316. Called CS to find out what’s going on. They credited me lil over $100. & will be sending replacement for the hot med along with my next month. Great, wonderful so I thought. It was delivered hot again! So I did as Alan(CS) instructed, called again. And I temped the bottles at over 100 degrees, took pics emailed etc. I get a message back to look for the temps on the side of bottle nope mine didn’t hv. I was “explained” it SHOULD be ok.(I’m not stupid I deal with refrigerated meds everyday!) Not after being in the heat for 4 days & the actual meds were hot to the touch. I even emailed Hannah that I didn’t want a refund or credit and I was even willing to pay extra for overnight to make sure it was cold. And that was the last time ANY communication from them. I have not heard back since the 22nd of Aug & it’s now Oct. But they certainly want to bill me. So here I sit with trash meds & out over $300.(I had to put a hold on my card bc kept wanting to charge my $300 for next several months) Responding to SkinnyRX:The first delay was NOT for more info on my end, it was bc I live in Ca, and from what CS told me was they had just started being able to LEGALLY send here. But I wasn’t told that until I called 2 weeks after I ordered wondering where it was. Then came the month delay and sent to wrong addy in the middle of hottest heat wave ca had seen in yrs. I didn’t even know they had sent it out (they were supposed to keep me informed). I don’t mind waiting especially if kept in the loop. The kicker that got me was I hadn’t even gotten the Initial dose but I was already being charged for the FULL amount on the 2nd month of $316!!! Which was supposed to be only $99 bc of everything that had happened. Luckily when I called I got Alan again and he refunded me some and was able to make it right & give instructions to put a hold on billing for next month etc and advise me about the hot medication. But then to be ignored by a lead CS Hannah bc I didn’t get right bk to her email bc it went into my junk folder. Why didn’t she reach out to make sure??after she got my email with pics and digital temps(I’m in the restaurant business so I hv a temp gun) Especially since of everything that happened? That’s how I found out how the pharm is in florida and it’s supposed to be ONLY a 3 day shipping bc of cold packaging but mine showed up on the tues after the shipped on Thursday. But now I get the feeling Hannah thought I was trying to scam. I even showed the shipping and it was in your system. CS team needs some serious retraining. The only call back I’ve EVER gotten from your Co was in the beginning to try to sell me AGAIN & we laughed bc I ordered a wk before! I’m not the one to leave reviews or say boo unless it’s bad bc I’m in the CS and Ithink this is only my 3 maybe 4 review I’ve ever done. You said you couldn’t find or figure out my order from here but I’ve never reviewed here so that is my fault and I was told to not give personal details. I called and was told there is no Mike & they weren’t sure but they were going to pass on to a supervisor and would receive a call back, no call. And I’m sure if you were to ask Alan bout the customer that has had the most awful experience he would hv known and we actually were laughing & joking bout the whole thing. DO NOT USE this company. It is a scam! I had to call 6 various times after signing up for the subscription and the company proceeding my money. No one could provide any update when I would receive my medication. It finally arrived 3.5 weeks after signing up! The dosage was so low and I believe was fake because after 3 weeks of use, there was no effect. I called to find out when I would be receiving my next shipment and they informed me that there is a shortage so they are unsure. The worst customer service and business. They will take your money and leave you with nothing.

Check your billing frequency. I negotiated a monthly payment of $199.50 (they say it’s a 50% discount but it is not.) we agreed on the cost per month and they sent out my first round of medication. Then, they billed me 20 days later and sent another round. Then, they billed me 20 days after that and I suddenly realized they’re billing me a bit too frequently. I called and they all pretended that math is not their strong suit and they agreed to change my next billing date but they were still billing me every 20 days. For the record, $199.50 x 12 months is $2,394 for a year. $199.50 every 20 days for a year is $3,640. So I just completed my second month of treatment and they were billing me for a fourth time and I have way too much medication. It was so blatant that even my bank flagged the payment as fraud. They “offered” to pause my subscription but then said I’d have to restart at the lower, week one dosage.
