Finally speaking to somebody there was not helpful
Well, skinny RX reached out to me after my first post on trust pilot about the bad experience I had. I talked at length with one of the representatives the first person I’d actually talk to from skinny RX. I explained that they sent me a box full of pills and numbered vials and that there was no follow up no communication between skinny RX and me after they sent the pills no doctor asking me how I was no nurse following up with me. No communication at all. I’m not sure that taking those pills was a good idea. Nothing happened. I wonder if they were for hair growing or something else instead of GLP one I guess I’ll never know Manny had no answers when he asked me what I should say to upper management I said refund and he said it says the first time you’re asking for a refund and I said this is the first time I’m talking to anybody and skinny are acting Nanny at which point he read from a card that once the pills are sent, the prices are locked and some other nonsense that had nothing to do with whatever happened please for the love of God don’t do business with skinny RX. They’re not reputable and there’s no telling what they’re gonna send you. They sent more lip service. 9/29. Run away!
