Editing required. I have had the absolute WORST experience trying to transfer a prescription with skinnyRX. They have been incredibly unhelpful, uncommunicative, and I had to miss a dose because of their incompetence. I was on the phone for HOURS and sent more than enough documentation for any reasonable person to understand the prescription transfer. Now I’m fighting to get my money back. Prescription transferors BEWARE.

I really wanted to like this subscription service but I am starting to get scammer vibes. After a series of issues getting my card information processed, I decided to cancel my subscription because the hassle wasn’t worth it. During this time, I received 5 calls from Skinny RX and every time I would answer, the caller would hang up. I ended up canceling December 24th and was told it was canceled. However, my card was charged again today! I called back and talked to Jerome who told me my order wasn’t in fact canceled when I was told it was, but he assured me that he would cancel it for me today. However, no cancellation confirmation has been received and I just got another email thanking me for being a customer. I would really like to know for sure that this has been canceled as the cancellation email I was told would be sent has not been received.

Awful awful awful!! Terrible communication and caused me to lose the progress I had made with another company - had canceled somewhere else to switch to Skinny RX (very convincing sales people, offered $170/mo!) and they dragged their feet and asked for repeat information so many times I ended up running out of semiglutide and having to start over after 4 months. Worst company!

BE CAUTIOUS...Terrible customer service...NO COMMUNICATION unless they are trying to sell you something. Very pushy and talk way to fast on the phone as a way to confuse people. I received my 4 week prescription on November 7 and was told they ship next day (not a big deal as it was a Friday). I was planning to cancel my renewal on Monday, December 2 but on Thanksgiving Day (the day most people are at home enjoying their family) I received a text renewing my prescription. I immediately responded to cancel my order and also sent an email right away. I guess they don't check texts or calls on the holidays, just sneak in those orders. My prescription was processed 10 days earlier than it should have been. I called Friday morning right away to cancel and was told they order had shipped (which it had not based on the time the label was created). I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get this resolved with an offer of a 40% discount. I told them I would just refuse the delivery and did just that. It has been 11 days and I still have not received a refund or a response to any of my emails.

I was shopping around and decided to go with a different provider but these guys keep calling from different numbers multiple times per day. I hope the calls end soon.

I was caught off guard by having to show my ID, but I was able to submit my birthdate without providing other personal information. I ordered the oral prescription early enough in the day to have the product delivered free overnight as they advertised. I was put on hold several times to determine if I could get it the next day after the doctor reviewed the prescription. I did not receive the free overnight shipping as promised. It was five (5) days later. It was packaged in a brown bottle with a label online. I received the drops packaged in a white bottle with a white medicine dropper. This made it difficult to determine if I was taking the correct dosage. And not to mention, was the bottle full. I called you request a supplement for this missing dosages. The representative was trying to sell me a cheaper monthly plan. I continued to say I want to cancel, but what are you going to do about the current product I have. The representative mentioned there have been several complaints about the white bottle and dropper packaging. The other solution would be to use another dropper or purchase the injections to get a discount for the missing product. I canceled, but I’m still want my monies worth. I work hard for my money. I was pleased with what I read about the product, the nice customer support and the free overnight shipping advertised. Disappointed because I will not receive the four (4) weeks results because I don’t have enough of the product.

I have had issues and thought it was resolved. Then ai was charged again in Decomber!!!! This company has no follow thus. Never returned my money. Shame on them!! Now going down a legal road..

The first three months were great. However, my fourth month payment was processed on 10/18 and they never shipped out the product. After getting multiple different stories about switching to oral, that it will be shipping soon, one rep finally admitted they don’t know when it will be shipped and agreed to cancel my subscription. However, now they are refusing to give my money back. Now stating they have to wait to confirm the shipment has been cancelled. But it was never confirmed and it has been over a month. There are other companies that are slightly more expensive but way more organized and straightforward. My advice is to stay away from here and pay a little more to go elsewhere.
