Anna from the customer service phone…
Anna from the customer service phone number was professional and quick to resolve my issue (I had trouble submitting my ID when I signed up). She stayed on the line with me and verified that all was complete, resolving the issue in fewer than 10 minutes, start to finish.

Cancellation process
The prescription process was thorough and easy to complete. However after much thought I decided not to continue with chemical weight loss. Anna made the cancellation process very easy. She was friendly and efficient. I will certainly consider this company if I decide to go this route again

Positive onboarding expereince
Positive onboarding expereince. I had a great onboarding call with Rose. I was called and welcomed to SkinnyRx. They wanted to communicate the process, what to expect, options for support and to let me know there is a team of people working with me on this journey. It was a positive start to what I hope to be the help I need to reach my goal. Also, I had an issue when signing up and accidentally placed two orders. I made a phone call shortly after figuiring out there we two orders and the customer service team resolved the issue and cancelled and refunded the second order immediatelly. It build trust and I look forward to working with the SkinnyRx team
