I would not buy from this place! They are crooks. Not only did the medicine not work, they wont exchange it or refund your money. STAY AWAY. We called multiple times and no one calls backs.

Very prompt response time and further explanation of the details of everything from the product to the symptoms to timelines. It was all very helpful …..this was all true in the beginning. 11-16-25. Quickly things changed whe my second vial sent came to me sealed but with an obvious leak and there was barely anything in the vial. When I approached the matter all thy cared about was if I could make it enough forget the fact that there was obviously a crack or some malfunction to make it that way and I’m now two weeks behind on my medication with no effort to fix the matter. Never again is all I got to say

Total scam. Save your money and try real products, the pills might as well have been made of sugar did nothing, thats what I get for switching from a costlier brand that was working to this terrible product.

Product is fine though there service and customer service need an overhaul. You can go through the process and get prescribed medication without ever talking to anyone. Super easy. Then when you are done you need to call a call center, be put on hold multiple times to cancel. Then finally are "told" it is cancelled only to check the next day and have the subscription still on and ready to charge you card. Really, read that again. Very poor business practices. Thank you for the response- if there is so little risk or need for a person to speak to anyone in advance of getting medication from you. Then there is absolutly ZERO risk or reason for a person to have to call into a call center to cancel a subscription. Period. The only reason is to make it difficult for the client and to try and offer a discount and apply a pre determined pressure campaign to dissuade the cancellation. This is a shady business practice and one that should no longer be used.

Horrible! No physician consult, they just take your money and send out some pills that look like tic tacs in a non-pharmacy looking purple bottle. They shipped out this medication even AFTER I called and asked them to hold off because I didnt have enough information to decide on the GLP1 oral medication or not. I asked if a member from their clinical team could give me a call, I was assured that someone would call me and nothing would be shipped to me yet. Two days later a box of pills, 3 months supply all at once, showed up at my door. I've called, emailed, they keep saying there is nothing they can do for me. I will NEVER take the pills that were sent, they dont look safe, but sadly i'm stuck paying over $1000. This was a total scam. PLEASE BEWARE

Still have not received the product or a refund, even partial. Nor have I received any actual updates about when the product will be available or shipped. Feeling really silly for letting myself get scammed out of over $1000. In all fairness, it has been only a week. However, the two-day delivery claims are misleading then. Two-days once shipped and if in stock (but they can’t for the life of them actually tell you anything). A couple of days after i ordered i contacted their very sweet customer service team to see if the product had been shipped to learn only then that it was out of stock. When I asked for an estimate they said that they weren’t sure but would let me know. This set off some alarm bells and so I tried to cancel, maybe the next day and suddenly (surprise, surprise) now it is in stock at a new pharmacy and has already been filled so they can’t cancel. This was three or four business days ago, and there are zero updates about my order being processed on the website and still no information about shipping. I’ll be traveling soon, so if it ever actually does come, I need to know when. I know a week isn’t forever, but I feel extremely mislead about the timeline and the cancel anytime claim. I feel like they lied and stole from me. Had I been able to cancel like they said I could after learning I bought a nonexistent product, I would have definitely considered reordering with the company when back in stock.

They say they discuss all the side effects and your weightloss plan with you and that’s a lie. They charged me before I even knew my plan. When I received the treatment, they had at a low dose and on it for a month! I have been off and on 2x and NEVER had any of the doctors kept me on the lowest dosage for that long! They are ripping you off! Telling lies that you have to be on a low dose so they can keep taking your money! With my other treatments, I would increase my dosage every week by .5. If there were side affects, then I would be kept at that dose until my body got used to taking that amount but I never had any side affects and saw results in a months time. You don’t have to wait 60 days. That’s crap! I’m trying to get a refund from them and they are refusing to refund me and instead trying to convince me to stay with them. No way!! They are scamming you for your money! Go to your local doctor or some where else because they falsely advertise a lot of things on their website like 24/7 live support and ability to change your dosage etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! There are other places to get your prescriptions by a trusted source. Their response is going to be as if they are trying to do this and that for me and they are sorry for what I’m experiencing. If that were true, they would refund my money immediately because I still hadn’t even opened the vial! As soon as I read my dosage, I immediately packaged it back up and phoned them for a consultation which they never had with me AT ALL but was quick to send me the medication without speaking with me. Trust me! I’m a consumer! Not a business scammer! Anyone says otherwise is probably an employee of theirs. Don’t listen to their response either. They lie and lie and lie. Be smart and do your research.

BUYER BEWARE - They got me. Its a scam and they have extremely unethical and predatory business practices. Once you submit that intake form you are doomed.... That is the ONLY piece of medical information they will ever look at, and they lock you into whatever bundle you signed up for regardless of their ability to actually serve you as a patient. I have been taking the brand name medication for a while and the tablet form does not have an equivalent dose. I called and spoke with someone after submitting my form and told them NOT to send me the medication and to cancel if there isnt an equivalent because why on earth would I start over with the lowest titrated dose again?? They said sure, " we will speak with our clinical team", and them pushed the medication out anyways. They then used the "we already filled the prescription" as an excuse for not being able to cancel. So, I filed a dispute and they said they couldn't refund me unless I rescinded the dispute and then coached me through rescinding the dispute while promising me a refund. After I rescinded, they refused the refund. I spent a week going back and forth and talked to several people. Pretty sure they are based over seas even if the business has a US address on file. Almost ALL clinical team are RNs, not adequately licensed to prescribe this medication. They operate over Zoom. The one provider that I was bale to get a license number from only recently received a license in New Mexico. Super sketchy. You are better off getting the real deal medication from a domestic provider such as Hello Alpha. Stay far, far, far away from this place. *****UPDATE in Response to their Reply Below*** I regrettably invested in a 6 month bundle. You offered a 50% refund (which I have not yet received) after going round and round, and after I left the above review. You did NOT give me any COMPLIMENTARY medication. You kept 50% (3 months) worth of my investment. Therefore 3 months of medication is NOT COMPLIMENTARY. In addition, it is not even the correct dosage and is therefore not usable. So you just get to run away with my foolish foolish investment while I am unable to use anything you sent me. I stand by my original review as it is an honest representation of my less than stellar experience in any capacity with your company. Your terms, conditions, and policies are predatory in nature and designed to take advantage of people. Your practices are not above bar.
