We're really sorry to hear about this experience - it definitely doesn't sound right. We tried looking up your account using your Trustpilot name but couldn't find it in our system. Typically, if you provide proof of your current dosage from another provider, we can start you at that level instead of the beginner dose. If we don't receive that documentation, we start at the starter dose for safety reasons. Also, if a subscription is canceled before shipping, we don't send out medication - so something seems off here. We'd really like to look into this and make it right, but we need to locate your account first. Could you reach out to our customer service team directly with your account details? However, if someone tells us "no thank you" or asks to be removed from our contact list, we honor that immediately and they won't hear from us again. We've checked with our sales team, and we don't have any record of receiving that request from you, which makes us wonder if this may have been with a different provider. We do clearly outline dosages during the consultation process, and we always start new patients at our lowest available dose for safety reasons - this helps us avoid any negative reactions as your body adjusts to the medication. The dosage increases gradually over time based on your progress. If you've been on weight loss medication before and want to start at your previous dose, we just need you to submit a photo showing your recent medication, as long as it's been less than 2 weeks since you stopped taking it.
