I had been going to Jess at this business for over a year. Service was great at first. They were honest and trustworthy. As time progressed I saw a drastic drop in professionalism. After my last visit I had a few concern called and left a message thinking the provider would call me directly to ensure she was giving the best care. Nope! I received a call back from an unprofessional receptionist that laughed at my concerns. They only made excuses did not offer any resolution or confidence in their business or services. Inly excuses and expressed their lack of experience. Stay away from this place. It is dangerous
