I submitted an enquiry and waited a week for a response. When I finally received one, I was asked to provide additional details, which I sent over as soon as possible. However, I then waited a further two weeks without receiving any response or update. The lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing and gives the clear impression that there is little to no genuine interest in helping. What a waste of time.

DO NOT USE THEIR ADVICE, you’ll be better off to go with a local solicitor than these fake ones. Even though they told me to follow their advice which unfortunately i did and got 8 points on my license. Worst solicitors

It’s as good as a scam company, you get automated generic responses all Pushing to sell this package and sort out your own legal help. You get sent information that’s all available on Google and mainly common knowledge. And you think you’re saving money on the package but you could get that information free off Google. It’s not even worth £5 Don’t even bother find some real help and a real person to talk to!
