Got my skates about two years ago around 2024-2025. I ordered the SFR pink and white skates. I’m not putting all the blame on skate warehouse as it may be the brand SFR itself, but I was very disappointed with my experience with these skates. My skates arrived, but when I looked at the skates, they had clearly been used… I had ordered these BRAND NEW! The tongue of the skates were worn and severely creased, and there were dirt marks on the sides, AND the wheels were dirty. My skates were not damaged and WERE delivered, but I had to pay for new ones. Interestingly, I had ordered new skates from SFR, but a different website, and they arrived clean and brand new. I recommend looking at reviews before buying, and do not buy if there are no reviews. (The date I put may be wrong I can’t remember)

I purchased a skateboard which showed a pink board and no where did it show other colors. They send me a blue board and will not take it back because they said it says in fine print that we "could get a different color" of course I didn't see the fine print. I will NEVER buy from them again! The board is new not unwrapped and they still wont take it back. Bad business

Amazing! Simply amazing! I absolutely am stoked on this shop. I have yet to visit the shop in person but just in the past month or two I have added 4+ boards to my already large collection. Since I live in California, you have to love the free overnight shipping. It’s better than Amazon and more reliable in my opinion. The only thing and it’s really not that big of a deal but I was surprised that they never include a shop sticker? Or ever give any discount codes, however there prices are already pretty fair. I will absolutely continue buying from Skatewarehouse.com. Happy customer for life!!! Sk8 or Die!!!

Always has good service I love this place so I have nothing bad to say about the company, but one thing I would say though for advice, is try to notify people that use air shipping for the following day the actual hours and when it really will take affect. Because some people are gonna expect to get their package at a certain time the following day and if you guys haven’t shipped it yet depending on the person they’re gonna be very upset. After a certain amount of time, it shouldn’t even be an optionto use air UPS or there should be like some kind of notification to let them know that the shipment might not be processed until the following day after a certain deadline.

Site malhonnête. Achat d'une paire de rollers qui ne convenant pas ont été retournés. A réception, ils me proposent de me les reprendre à 50 % de leur valeur ou me les retourner, soit disant qu'ils sont dans un état lamentable, que la boîte est abîmée et que je n'ai pas respecté les consignes. Il était impossible d'utiliser l'emballage d'origine , la boîte était déjà abîmée. De plus, comme je maintiens ma demande de remboursement, ils m'envoient une photo d'un roller avec des marques. Ce n'est pas le roller que j'ai retourné qui a juste été essayé. Ils ont également un magasin physique et ont sûrement fait une photo d'un des articles du magasin utilisé par les acheteurs potentiels pour essayage. C'est une honte d'être autant malhonnête.

Honestly disappointed at this company, their business hours suck, and if you place an order using card and put your billing wrong it still charges you and then have 0 customer service available to NOT reply to you due to their hours! And say you have 3 days to respond, WELL MAYBE IF YOU WEREN'T OFF FOR 3 DAYS?!

Ordered 3 sweatshirts on Thursday they arrived on Saturday morning all as ordered and the correct sizing, colour etc. Couldn't be happier. The sales section on the site is much bigger than some large skate shops and is full of stock of kids, men and women. Would use them again for sure. Plus the people saying you have to match the credit address to the delivery address isn't true, you can set a delivery address whatever you please there is a box for this on the website, I got my items sent to different addresses than my own and differ to my card address.
