Didn’t mount my bindings per our…
Didn’t mount my bindings per our agreement…offered for me to send back to Europe to mount… I declined….tried to mount myself without a guide…have not tried them out yet. It sure would be nice if I was compensated for having to mount these bindings myself. Won’t be shopping at ‘NoPro’ again.

Hi Scott, Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review :) We apologize for the inconveniences. We're fully aware this was our responsibility, as we made a logistics mistake and didn't ship the bindings mounted. Our fist quick solution was to get them mounted in a local store and cover the cost of the service. I can see that the local shops were unable to do it, so the last agreement was to send the item back in order to receive the service. Unfortunately, we did not receive the parcel and haven't heard from you since we sent you the shipping label. We will contact you in order to find a new solution :) /SkatePro Team

I Buy 8 wheels and some bearings and I'm still waiting for the rest of the shipment that they are investigating what was lost when only 4 wheels arrived

One of the worst companies I've made a…
One of the worst companies I've made a purchase from this year. Package never showed up then suddenly got "lost at customs". Skate pro would not respond to emails. Had to open a claim through my bank and pay pal to make it right. Skate pro now wants a review so here it is

Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. It seems like your order was lost in transit. My colleague answered your email and refunded your order on the 22nd of August. As we are closed on the weekends, we weren't able to reply to your email until Monday morning.

The skates were sent used when i ordered new ones, it took them multiple weeks to respond to my refund request, and they didnt even offer me a full refund, absolutely terrible service

This is an overseas company and if you…
This is an overseas company and if you want to return an item its impossible. In my case the skates we ordered were too small for my son and since he had tried them inside the house we were told he could not return them,that we could sell them on ebay.smh.

Hi Arthur, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. We are indeed a Danish company, this is not something we try to keep a secret. You have 365 days after purchase to return an order, as long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received. So trying them on inside the house should not be an issue, as long as there is no further damage. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any communication regarding this with the provided email address or phone number, but I've sent you an email to have a closer look. //Floris

Took SkatePro over a week to tell me…
Took SkatePro over a week to tell me that the skates I ordered weren't actually available. SkatePro told me to picm out a substitute and they would cover the difference. The pair I picked out was the closest substitution in style and price tot he ones I ordered, but SkatePro said the $20 price tag difference was too much. Said they would cover 10-15 but not 20. What a joke. Absolutely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs!
