My experience was great because I ordered and it arrived on time. It gave me a date that it would come and it came. Unlike other places where they say it’ll be here on this date, but it never arrives for three or four weeks later. The service was great. It was very knowledgeable and easy to do. I would like to thank the company for being such an awesome place to work with.

Customer service was great! I had an issue with shipping, at no fault of sjp peptides. I made contact with them and they went out of their way to fix it. Thank you.

I feel that the website is easy to find what I am looking for to order. Unfortunately it is hard to the site to accept accepting my payment. OK

Would have given more stars if I would have received the needles I ordered and paid for as well. Product is good, if you get all that you ordered 😂

Thank you for your feedback and for your comments about the quality of our products. We're sorry to hear that you believe an item was missing from your order. However, we're disappointed that a 3-star review was left without first reaching out to our support team or submitting a missing-item claim through our website. We take order accuracy seriously and have procedures in place to investigate and resolve these types of issues when they occur. If an item was missing, we would have welcomed the opportunity to review your order, packing records, and shipment details so we could make things right if an error occurred. Unfortunately, this is the first time we are hearing about the issue through your review. Please contact our support team or submit a claim through our website, and we'll be happy to look into the matter for you. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you.
