Doesn’t stay on
Love the idea of this, love that it’s reusable and easy to clean. Unfortunately I had trouble with the Velcro adhesive not sticking to my fan on the very first day. So I have two corners constantly hanging off the fan. Still trying to make it work but not quite as convenient as I had hoped.

Hi Alex, Thank you for the review—and I’m really sorry the Velcro adhesive didn’t stick properly on the first day. We know how frustrating that is, especially when you were excited about the convenience and reusability. Please reach out so we can take care of this with you directly. You can email [email protected] , or call us at 1-888-495-6064. If you include your order number and a quick photo of the corners lifting, we can walk you through the best fix and make it right. We’re happy to help over phone, FaceTime, or email—whatever is easiest for you.

The tanning product we tried did not…
The tanning product we tried did not last near as long as other products we have tried in the past. It had good reviews, but most of our clients said after 6 to 7 days their town was gone.
Response from Sjolie Tanning ProductsDec 18, 2025
Hello Billi, I’m sorry the solution didn’t meet your expectations, and I appreciate you sharing the feedback. For most clients, a spray tan fading around day 6–7 is within the industry-standard wear time, since sunless color naturally sheds as the skin exfoliates. That said, we absolutely want you seeing the best longevity possible. Tan life is heavily impacted by aftercare—especially hydration, long hot showers, exfoliating body washes, shaving frequency, workouts/sweat, and lotions that contain oils or actives. With consistent moisturizing and gentler cleansing, many clients can extend results beyond a week. If you email [email protected] with the solution name you used, your rinse time, your application method (machine + gun), and a quick overview of your client’s typical skincare routine, our team will help you get fully dialed in for longer-lasting results.

fast shipping & gorgeous results!!!
Been using this brand for almost 4 years and love it. I wish they would bring back putting cute stickers in the box whenever you would order
Response from Sjolie Tanning ProductsDec 16, 2025
Thank you for your review Gracie! Noted about the stickers, I'll see if I can get one sent out to you as a thank you. We do plan on bringing stickers back in the spring hopefully, (not 100% certain yet), but they are a fan favorite.
