SJ Discount ToolsReviews of sjdiscounttools.com

Never received my goods. After trying calling them several times and failed to get anyone on the other side. Send them msg saying never got my item which is over 2 weeks. Got a reply asking my address. Not trust worthy company at all. Scammer!!!! Had to ask PayPal to step in to get my refund.

Found this company because a good product was available cheap I ordered and didn't hear anything Chased it up and all was well Legit company imho

Avoid this company, I ordered paint almost 2 weeks ago and payed for it, but nothing delivered, I should have read some o these reviews prior to purchasing, I have called them where it keeps ringing then they cut me off, Its payed through my PayPal account and will be claiming it back, Companies like this should not be allowed to trade

I placed an order for an item that was in stock on a Friday lunchtime and paid for 1-2 day delivery. It had not turned up by the following Tuesday and they have not replied to my email. No answer when I tried to call. Will not be using them again.

I ordered several parts which never got dispatched. Nearly 1 week after ordering on 1-2 day delivery they still hadn't been dispatched Unfriendly and unprofessional on the phone......order cancelled waiting for refund.

7 weeks after paying them over $700 I still have received nothing but excuses and lies. I'm hoping my credit card company can get my money back, but I strongly advise others not to give these scammers any of your hard-earned money. A quick web search will show dozens of unhappy customers - most of whom never received anything from this Ohio based company. Avoid them like the plague!
