Stopped to use it 2 years ago.
Started to contact Sixleaf more than one month ago in order to stop this subscription.
No answer, just they charged my the fee of 187 USD without any authorisation, mail, nothing...
I contacted them several times, by mail, facebook, they don't care, probably I will have to contact my legal protection insurance !

A Big Scam
SixLeaf started a while ago with their blast services, but in the last few months, this company apparently started having financial issues.
If you use the "ZonBlast Next" service, they'll charge you in advance for the price of the rebate plus their fee, which is ok, but then, they won't refund their customers after several months.
When the customers feel scammed, they'll contact you and Amazon, to expose the issue, making you refund them and losing the money you previously paid to SixLeaf, and the worst part, you are putting your selling account in a very risky position.
The company will not respond to any of the complaints.
It's so sad that they became another scam in this already complicated industry.
UPDATE: on November 15, after posting this review and sending a new complaint to the company, I received a rude reply from their side, with plenty of faulty explanations, and mysteriously I lost access to the dashboard where the order refund status are posted, and my subscription seems to be cancelled, even though it's already paid until November 28, 2022 and it's on auto-pay with a credit card.

Avoid!!! Terrible experience and customer support do not reply!
I signed up to a trial and used the chrome extension, and some other features but it was not very good and slowed my browser significantly compared to competitors.
For 2 days I have been trying to cancel to ensure my card will not be charged and there has been no respose.
It is terrible that they do not let you cancel in the application and request you to email, and then they do not respond.
I certainly do not trust this company as they do not respond.
Wish I had read the other reviews here first....
Will update this review if they have the decency to reply and do as asked and not charge me.

Can't stress enough what Jim wrote
Can't stress enough what Jim wrote. His review is spot on. I would add that good luck getting in contact with the company. They have a phone number listed that is never answered, and don't bother leaving a voicemail. There is no way other then email which takes sometime days to reply. Nicole which seems to be customer service/tech support/billing is the only bright spot. I can't imagine how many email she must have to field a day.
I too never received any emails about the impending doom of ASINspector. Their Phoenix tool is trash, I tried it for over a month. You have to click multiple times on things to get what ASIN offered right on the product page.
I am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but what they did to many of us with ASINspector is really not cool.

December 2020: SixLeaf announces its merger/acquisition of ASINspector.com
The launch of a newly re-platformed and enhanced SixLeaf Extension 2.0 which includes a revamped Phoenix product research tool. Now faster, with more features and data points to drive better product selection decisions, while helping to power the tens of thousands of ASINspector customers that are now a part of the SixLeaf family.
What a load of Bull, I purchased a lifetime contract from Asinspector for my Amazon Business.
When I approached Sixleaf about this, this is the reply I received.
Thank you for following up. Your purchase of ASINspector on March 10, 2016, was given Lifetime access as defined as the life of the product. That product no longer exists.
They went on to try and sell me something else.
As they merged with Asinisspector they are obligated to my lifetime contract which I have always understood to be the lifetime of my business. The product has been taken over by Sixleaf and does still exist it has just been revamped.
13/03/2021
I have now seen the reply from Sixleaf and must say that I received absolutely no notification of a shutdown.
The "Load of Bull" refers to being welcomed into the Sixleaf Family.
You're also saying that ASINinspector was rubbish and all its customers were completely ripped off.
Maybe so, as a customer who purchased a lifetime contract, I feel completely "ripped off".

Hi Jim, Joe here, CEO of SixLeaf
Appreciate your comments that you think our acquisition of ASIN was a "load of bull". Also appreciate you giving me the opportunity to correct your factually false statements that appear to be designed to defame us publicly.
1) ASINspector does not exist. ASIN was a poorly coded platform that worked intermittently, had grossly inaccurate sales. As part of that acquisition, we took on the stellar team at ASIN, not the software.
2) We warned in the two months prior - multiple times - that ASIN would be going away, that SixLeaf would be acquiring the asinspector team, and that as a thank you to long-term customers to ASIN, they'd be welcome to enjoy a free, limited period with the SixLeaf Extension which has been in existence since early 2019
3) Phoenix is not a "revamped" asinspector. It is a standalone tool that existed well prior to any discussion in acquiring the asin team. Your suggestion that it is a "revamped" asinspector is factually false.
4) Every single message wherein you were told that asinspector does not exist any longer is factual; it doesn't. It was removed from the chrome store. Again, this was announced well in advance.
5) Any "contract" you made with asinspector ceased to exist when (again, after two months of advising existing users), because (again) that tool does not exist.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Joe

so far they deserve a 1 for their…
so far they deserve a 1 for their customer service. will come back and change this if they make things right.

Paola,
A previous team member afforded you a special arrangement that we do not offer and which he at no point was authorized to provide. He extended your subscription and held billing until a time YOU agreed upon in advance.
Now, you're wanting to move the goal posts. And because you didn't get what you wanted initially after told you explicitly we gave you an amazing deal not ever offered, you're going the route of extortion.
As I said in email, congratulations, your extortion has been successful, and because I have no interest in dealing with your bullying and extortion, you're going to get exactly what you want - a full refund and a guarantee that we will never be doing business together again going forward.
So, respond to my chat/email notifying me of removal of this extortion "review" and you'll get exactly what you want.

PS: thank you for showing me exactly how we can better vet our customers to ensure we don't work with unsavory types.

Predatory Company with a poor product - stay FAR away!!!!
Stay Far, Far away... there system crapped out and my blast was delayed mid blast, I had a swarm of people hounding me about codes since the blast had been chopped off and extended (without asking me) and codes had expired. There are a whole lot of resellers on here that will be taking over your buy box no doubt. I had one guy from Auburn who would buy 6 units everyday. He probably took a good 50 units of my products. Unfortunately with him included only about half the codes were used so the blast was just a mess To top it off, they autorenewed my “subscription” and refused to refund any of $947 even though I requested the cancel the first business day after it renewed and had obviously not used any. They make it really difficult to cancel and basically just use vet predatory tactics toget as much money out of you as they possibly can. If you think you’ll remember, you might be surprised as I ALWAYS remember this type of thing but they make you request in writing, don’t notify you at all and in fact are about as slimy and sneaky and make it as difficult as any company I have ever dealt with. I honestly don’t have words for how awful this product and company are. Try Tzonami, they have a lot more integrity and product is probably even a little better.
Response from SixLeafSep 11, 2018
Hi Jenny,
In regards to your claim about someone taking multiple units, half the codes being used as you say, we have asked you multiple times for more information only accessible from your Amazon account which we have not received from you yet.
We cannot move further with your claims without that information.
In regards to our "system crapping out", the host we use for servers (Microsoft) had issues that affected multiple servers that day unfortunately and affected hundreds of sites. This issue was out of our control as we have previously explained multiple times during and after to our clients that were affected during that 24 hour period.
We also explained that promotions would resume and if anyone did not want to resume an extra day and/or needed to update/cancel their promotions to please contact us. We never heard from your account throughout that process.
In regards to your claims about our cancellation policies, we ask for everyone to request to cancel in writing. You understood this as you have been a previous client in the past with us and sent a request to cancel without issue last time you were with us. We tried to work with you for a resolution but our requests went unanswered.
Furthermore, these terms are available to anyone before signing up. SixLeaf's service is a month to month subscription service only and none of SixLeaf's promotional services are one-time use only.
There is not a long-term commitment for any of SixLeaf's services and you can cancel at any time, but you must request cancellation in writing before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
