I'm really sorry you had to open a box and find a pair that raised so many red flags for you - especially when you know exactly how an authentic Kobe 8 should look and feel. Glue marks, misaligned logos, stitching issues... none of that should be happening, and I completely understand why you're upset. I want to take this seriously and review everything properly with our warehouse team so we can understand exactly what went wrong. To do that, could you please send us a few clear photos of the specific issues you noticed? If possible, include: - the areas with visible glue - the logo alignment - the outsole - the stitching details - the size tag inside and the box label Once we have those images, we can investigate your case thoroughly and move forward with the next steps for you. Thank you for letting us know - I'm here to help you get this sorted.
