We used SitterCity to find a nanny/sitter for my three granddaughters. After several interviews we realized the hours we needed didn’t align with anyone’s schedule. I meant to cancel my membership but it slipped my mind until the day after I was billed for May. I contacted SitterCity and received a response in less than 24 hours from Jessica. She took care of my issue quickly - canceled my membership and even refunded that month. If you need assistance Jessica is the person to ask for!!

Angela W for the win! I had trouble getting access to the premium version of the site through my work benefits. I emailed the parent company Bright Horizons multiple times with no resolution. I tried the chat feature on sittercity directly and was able to get to Angela who activate the corporate benefit in under a minute. So thankful!

I had a unique situation, because my husband asked me to sign up for SitterCity to start looking for baby sitters for our 17month old. I use my email and password, but his work details since the benefits are from his job. The system didn't allow that to give us the premium access. Luckily, Angela was able to assist very quickly to merge the account so the premium benefits would be applied. I really appreciated her sense of urgency, and great communication throughout the process!
