I was a little apprehensive about ordering a CPAP machine online from Sistemmacpap.com due to the extremely low price of their CPAP machines, when compared to ALL other online retailers. I figured it was too good to be true. I ended up saving a little under $1,500 on my Phillips Dreamstation. The process was fast and easy. I had a question about the product and called the company on a Sunday. To my surprise, the owner of the company, Steven, answered his phone and answered all of my questions. I thought personalized customer service in retail was dead. Sistemma reminded me there are still businesses out there that are focused on customer service. Five Stars!!

Excellent service and product! I bought the Res Med 10 Auto Cpap starter kit with full face mask at a very good price. Steven was very kind and patient explaining the different types of machines and masks. Just be mindful it might take 6-10 days to be delivered.
