Article was OK. Delivery was in time. Small dissatisfaction was about additional paiments when article was delivered, May be You should add small additional information about such possible taxes and custom payments.

It took some time to search through many vendors to decide where to buy this machine. I think, in the end, I chose Sistemma because of the discount code from Facebook. Shipping seemed longer than it should have. I had purchased the SoClean 2 from another vendor on the same day & it came 3 days earlier. Hoping to not need customer service from either place but anyone I've been in contact with has been very pleasant & helpful.

Delivery to Australia, first class and very quick. Price, Best I could find around the world, half R.R.P in Australia Main Product, exactly as I ordered, works brilliantly Did not pack one of the extra items ordered, lucky it was small and not expensive.
