I’ve learned so much about and have gotten to taste so many different teas. I’m a tea expert among my friends! And it’s so affordable!

As a beginner tea drinker, this box has given the best experience to try new teas that I never knew existed! I can easily change my preferences in their personalized quiz to give me a change of teas the next month, or whenever I feel like switching it up. I also love sharing my teas with friends and family that I think they may enjoy! In recent days, I've noticed it's also been a lot easier to find and shop for teas that I rated highly. And, I love the different sales they announce for us!

All contact is done online...no phone number...lousy customer service! I tried to redeem 3-month gift card and instead have now been billed for the second month, with no response to any of my emails requesting correction. Do not order from this company!!!

Hi Judith, My apologies for the frustration this situation has caused. It looks like this was taken care of for you, but please reach out if it was not or if there is anything additional we can do to make this right for you.
