If you are not part of our free loyalty program or if you are not logged into your loyalty account, the price that you are probably seeing is our loyalty member price. This price includes the $5 of extra member savings that our members get on their first prescription filled with SingleCare. The price right underneath it is the regular SingleCare price. Hi there, We're sorry to hear this. When you use our discount card for the first time, the $5 bonus should be automatically applied. We would like to double-check that the date of birth associated with your prescription is the same one that you used to sign up for our loyalty program? If these don't match, then the loyalty points will not be automatically applied.
