Great price but
Great price, fast free delivery, but hard to find and order refills. Customer service had to walk be thru refill process. They need to simplify their website.

Site was not cooperating this morning. Called three times only to find out medicine increased too much.? Went back to just single care and got one month.

geniusrx.com and singlecare.geniusrx.com Spent time on geniusrx.com only to find out, after calling a rep, that I'm on singelcare.com. Unclear what the difference is. It creates confusion though. Also, there needs to be instructions on the name and address to give to the doctors office so they can send in prescriptions.
