There could be a few reasons why pricing changes. It would be helpful if you could share the following with us: - Prescription name, dosage, quantity and type - Pharmacy and pharmacy location - SingleCare coupon/card information: GRP, BIN, PCN. Hi Jackandkeeper, We're sorry to hear about your experience, but please know that our cards are perfectly valid for use at all CVS Pharmacy locations, and you should not have been told otherwise. On occasion, you'll encounter a pharmacist that is not fully aware of the details of the partnership their pharmacy has with SingleCare. For the fastest resolution, we advise you to call the CVS Pharmacy support line or instruct the pharmacist to call the number on the back of the SingleCare card that says "PHARMACIST INSTRUCTIONS." If this happens again, please contact our customer support line for an immediate resolution 844-234-3057. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
