I have no problem with Single Care. It is fantastic! However, my closest CVS charges my insurance BEFORE I pick up the prescription. When questioned about what would happen if I then used Single Care. The answer: I would have the insurance company paying and on top of that, I would have to pay the Single Care price. This has happened three times. Prior to that, Single Care costs were taken without comment. And since that time I have used Single Care without comment. My problem is that my insurance does not pay for all my prescriptions and so they are charged to me as co payments.
