I have used this single care product
I have used this single care product at the pharmacy, and did better than a competitor. However, sometimes I cannot find the prescription of mine offered, and have to use a different discount card provider.

Good, but then not so good when price went up!
Would have rated you much higher if not for the recent substantial price increase (around 40%) on the item I used your discount service for.

Your first quote given me at CVS was…
Your first quote given me at CVS was less than $13 but when I went to actually buy prescription it was nearly $20 ... that is not good and that is why you get 3 stars as the cash price and a better product was found at another pharmacy for $33 and that is why you got 3 stars because your price was better... but not great... you want to get FIVE stars you need to stick to your quoted price.

Unwelcome Surprise
Why do the amounts of the coupons change so drastically. I am happy to have a coupon but it makes it very hard to budget when the values change so very much. Why is that?

Cost of Refills
The first time that I received my RX, it was $54.99. You did take off $5.00 for the first RX filled. This time, the cost for the first refill was $66.99. I called my pharmacy, Walmart in Sebastian FL. to find out why the cost increased.The pharmacist said that the cost was automatically increased. I was under the impression, that the cost would be the same for each refill, not including the $5.00 first time discount. I would have liked to have been informed of this prior to filling the refill.
