I went to 2 different pharmacies that showed they would honor the SingleCare price. Neither of them would. The pharmacist said they have had a lot of trouble with SingleCare. I will never try to use them again. A total waste of my time

Why doesn’t Krogers pharmacy accept your prices? Could it be that you do not specify dosage?

Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that our cards are perfectly valid for use at all Kroger pharmacy locations, and you should not have been told otherwise. On occasion, you'll encounter a pharmacist who is not fully aware of the details of the partnership his or her pharmacy has with SingleCare. For the fastest resolution, we advise you to call the Kroger pharmacy support line or instruct the pharmacist to call the number on the back of the SingleCare card that says "PHARMACIST INSTRUCTIONS." SingleCare can more or less expensive…
SingleCare can be more or less expensive for prescriptions compared to GoodRX. The reason for the low rating is because of their price discrepancies. The coupon says $15.48 but I paid $18.48. I have noticed this happens everytime I use it. It hasn't happened with GoodRX. Update: I got an email from SingleCare asking for my personal information including: name, date of birth, prescriptions, and where I got them filled. NEVER give out your personal information to these people. They ask in the guise of trying to figure out the problem. They know what the problem is and won't do anything about it. They ask for personal info so they can pass it along to others. Here is a question: If the prices fluctuate according to the market, why don't the prices in the app get updated? It says to check the pricing on the app before picking up the prescription. I did that every time I used the app and still had a problem with prices. So, to sum it all up, they lie.

Did one of our pharmacy partners deny your Rx savings card? On occasion, you’ll encounter a pharmacist who isn’t fully aware of the partnership his or her pharmacy has with SingleCare or doesn't want to take the time to run the card. Will never use again.
Although the savings was nice at the moment, I did not realize the amount of monies I spent were not credited to my prescription deductible with my insurance company so ended up costing me an extra $388.95. Now I cannot renew my prescription due to the high cost.i am so frustrated and disappointed since I had no idea this would be the case.
