Bought my singer m1000 August 2024. Have had to return to singer four times in one year. Same issue every time. Now August 2025. Just broke again Same issue. NOW SINGER SAYS , SORRY WONT HELP ME , out of Warranty. This has got to be manufacturer defect. I saw a lot of Same reviews , for Same issue. As of now !! I don't recommend or will never by singer again.

Purhase a Singer sewing machine a few weeks ago and it has had nothing but problems. Tried contacting CS and they were no help and refused to let me return it, even though I purchased it less than 30 days ago and have the receipt. Tried contacting their service center for repair and never got a return call. The needle threader does not work, there is a short in the foot pedal, the stitch selector just picks random stiches, and it sews extremely slow. Will never buy another Singer!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich der Firma 0 Sterne geben! Wir organisieren ein Event mit ca. 500-700 Gästen und haben 2x telefoniert und 2 Emails geschrieben und kein Angebot bekommen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt sie haben die Email bekommen und er würde es sich am Abend anschauen, eine Woche später habe ich wieder ein Email geschrieben und immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Also führ mich ein totales no GO als Firma! Aber wenn man auf das Geld nicht angewiesen ist kann man so mit Menschen umgehen. ( drauf scheißen)

I had an adjustoform ordered back in November 2024 it's now may 2025 I've receieved to mannequin despite them saying they've already sent one out yet never gave any information or tracking details its now got to the stage I still haven't received my refund for their screw up of not delivering my mannequin so I'm not able to buy one from somewhere else, useless brand and full of scammers. Never felt so disappointed in singer but I will never order feom them again, I'm still waiting for my refund after I told them a month ago I wanted a refund as they were screwing me over for 6 months.

Habe den Adam gekauft, nach der ersten Benutzung waren Teile kaputt. Die Firma ist nicht besonders hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert. Einfach nur nervig in der Preisklasse!

I purchased a new Singer Confednce 7465 machine in May 2024.I have had it in the shop three times to have the stitch and length electronic controls repaired - never works and I'm told - its "touchy" be careful with the switch. This is poor manufacturing from a company supposed to make great sewing machines. DONT buy this machine

Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0. J’ai acheté une machine à 5000euros, et il y avait une pièce défectueuse, j’ai voulu la remplacer mais zéro SAV, zéro réponse après plusieurs relances. Une HONTE. Fuyez Singer !!

Singer fashion mate 3342. Brand new bought from argos for daughter's Christmas. Daughter has had it switched on twice since Dec 25th 2024. 1st time when she plugged it in 1st time, power on, light on, but nothing else happening. Phoned singer who sent out a new pedal. Today she tried it with new pedal, same thing. Light on but nothing else happened when presses the pedal. Nada. Avoid buying from Singer. Going to have to raise a complaint to get machine replaced or fixed. Absolutely gutted. Thought Singer was the best for sewing machines
