Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, wasn't fond of one at all. Wouldn't be able to perform in them. I paid shipping fees but it also cost me $50 extra dollars coming across the border. I emailed the company and asked for a return they told me they don't offer returns and that it was exchange only. Obviously I wouldn't want to do that considering I had to pay $50 for them to cross the border. If I paid another $50 at customs the shoes would literally be worthless. Then they emailed me back saying they misunderstood my question and I could do a return. Not sure how you misunderstood a simple yes or no question but in order to return them I have to pay for the shipping back AND they want to take a 20% restocking fee. Not only will I not order from this company ever again I will not be recommending to any of my Canadian girlfriends that work in the club with me. Trust me if you're in canada order from shoefreaks, thank me later!

I made one purchase on my card this year and somebody in your company stole my card number to pay there $400.00 phone bill with. I will never purchase anything from your company again.

I did not how to return something I did not order one item only how to get out of there I’m computer illiterate but I didn’t order that says bar shoe for my wife or my daughter and five size 5 what the heck is going on and I get charge for this how do I return it I will give you peace and there’s no return I was stuck with it

Ordered some boots that we're final sale never received the boots because FedEx allegedly discarded them which was not sinful shoes fault but I should have at least offered a gift card for the inconvenience considering those we're the last in a size 8 and it would've allowed me to shop again without you all

Shoe was nice but you can get the same shoe cheaper on Amazon and BUYER BEWARE they charge a 20% restocking fee In addition to charging you to pay return shipping. In this day and age, what company has such a policy?

A week after ordering they found they didnt actually have my size! 2 weeks before my show! Didnt offer to rush a different one or anything. BRUTAL.

Cancelled my order with no notice.

I placed order , then they told me days later they were out of stock , they sent me some similar shoes, to pick from in an email Then I order a new pair , size 12 was more like a size. 8, I called to complain and they were closed on a Saturday morning. I sent an email , no response No return directions in the box.
