Very disappointing experience with this service on Zoho CRM. For several weeks, we encountered a critical issue that resulted in duplicate SMS messages being sent, causing significant and unnecessary costs on our side. Despite opening multiple support tickets and clearly explaining the situation, we did not receive any meaningful help or resolution from their team. There was no proactive investigation, no clear communication, and no accountability. In the end, we had to investigate the issue ourselves and identified that it was caused by an automatically generated workflow (created by their integration in Zoho CRM) that was incorrectly configured and resending messages even when they had already been successfully delivered. This is a fundamental flaw that should have been caught and resolved by their support team. To make matters worse, after updating the app, we lost access to the workflow history, meaning we no longer have formal proof—something their team should have helped us secure earlier given the ongoing issue. This situation has caused us financial damage amounting to several thousand euros. As of today, we are still waiting for a proper response, a refund for the duplicated messages, and accountability from their side. Overall, this reflects a serious lack of support, reliability, and professionalism. I cannot recommend this service.

I wish I had read the reviews before spending time browsing their products. The overall experience has been extremely poor—both in terms of functionality and customer support. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a refund for services I was never able to use. The issues started during registration. None of the email addresses I tried were accepted, and I was instructed to contact customer support. After reaching out, they manually “activated” my email so I could sign up. This raises the question: why have a registration form at all if the process requires manual intervention without any clear information? The product I wanted to evaluate was their SIP Trunking service. I created a trunk, verified my phone number, and integrated it into my system. However, I later discovered that test accounts are limited to making outbound calls only to US and Canadian numbers—and only to verified numbers. As I have a Swedish phone number, this made it impossible to properly test the service. To work around this limitation, I added funds to my account so I could make the necessary calls. The payment processing took two days, and even after that, the service still didn’t work. After spending several hours testing and debugging, I found that I was still unable to make calls to Sweden. When I contacted support again, I was told that my trunk was in a “pending” state and required manual approval from the sales team. I then reached out to sales, only to receive a list of additional questions. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in using this service in any production environment. To date, I have spent 7 days for all this. So far, they have refused to refund the money for services that I was never allowed to use. I guess it’s part of their scam.

My parents get a handful of spam calls each day. They have a long established land line. ALL, and I mean ALL of the spam calls are from a Sinch number. They allow criminal spam calls to be initiated from their system, thus THEY are criminals. Definitely reporting Sinch to the FCC. Enough is enough.

It's a pity I cannot give a negative number of stars. Anyway. I created an account and did all the verification. Today I want to log into the system. There's no clear way, link, space. The stupid bot machine asked me about my details (name, email, country), then suggested me to create a support ticket. HORRIBLE. YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HELL MUST YOU GO TO LOG IN. How am I going to buy anything? I now want to log in, just to cancel the account and go labsxxx or gateway api.

I spoke to this lady Juliana.Menegatti. I explained i might want to use their product services. They first send a team meeting . After waiting on teams no response, but understood she was held up. Then I explained I might want to use their marketing services. I told them that customer may need to place an order on my website. Suddenly she erupted saying they don't have a product for me . Crazy, you think you would gather that information from visiting their website, before sharing your personal information in the first place. Very Rude Woman .

Would give them 0 stars if i could. worked with a company for more than 15 years that was purchased by Sinch. customer service was horrible, and the people at corporate were worse. They would freeze or shut off your service, send an email and refuse to answer the phone. There are difficult business to work with, and then there are terrible "people" to deal with and they some how manage to get the people who fall in both buckets

Very difficult platform to work with with horrible customer service to boot. We are a legitimate company that is trying to fund our account just so we can test their service but they keep rejecting us and won't communicate. Moving on to alternative companies.
