I ordered 2 bags from sinbono. They sent one bag that was not what I chose, but I msged them and they quickly sent the correct one over. Great customer service! I love my bags. The quality is great. The vegan leather is actually so soft. I would purchase again

Fast delivery and great quality
Fast delivery, perfect/ flawless packaging and product exactly alike the one I saw in their shop. The bag materials have great quality - love the sustainable concept of it as well.

I've found the most luxurious vegan bags
Customer service is great. Shipping is fast considering it came from overseas. I am very satisfied with the quality of their bags. Highly recommended

So happy with my purchase
So happy with my purchase...just opened up the doors for many more purchases. The quality of the bag is second to none, the wait period was more than satisfactory and I am positive that I will not be needing the Customer service department
