Antonio, we are very sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience using our simulation. We are constantly looking for user feedback to improve our service so if there was something specific that you did not like, we would love to hear about it. At the end of the day, we want to provide all students who use the simulation a positive experience in which they can safely practice what they learn in the classroom in a fun and engaging way.
