We have cancelled your authorization and returned temporary hold to your account at September 29. Seems you selected wrong service when placing your order. Your phone also required MCK for successful unlock but only NCK is selected alone so phone could not be unlocked without MCK code. You should select NCK + MCK service and we will provide MCK key as well and we guarantee for a successful unlock.

We understand you did not receive our email due to email filtering issues. Unfortunately some mail providers have high level of spam filtering and moving legitimate mails junk/spam folder mistakenly. We noticed your phone could not be unlocked by unlock code and only unlocking software would work. We sent you link for unlocking software but since we could not reach you, we cancelled your pre-order at August 24 and returned temporary hold amount in full. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dear Chase, We are sorry for your inconvenience. This was a supervisor service and due to our supervisor's summer vacation, they could not complete order in time. We deeply apologize for this. Our orders are pre-order with temporary authorization so we never charge our customers before delivering an unlock code. You have never been charged for this order. We cancelled your pre-order and temporary authorization per your request. If you place a new pre-order after July 17, we can complete your order this time. We apologize again for this inconvenience.
