Excellent and proactive service Purchased my projector right as there were supply shortages, was reached out to promptly by Jr who informed me of the situation and timeline from the manufacturer. Stuck with Simulator HQ and ended up getting the projector delivered ahead of the initial estimate and at the best price I was able to find, all-in-all great experience.

My skytrak unit would not take my subscription. Figured it out on my own.

I had an exceptional experience with this retailer. I'd never ordered from them before and was considering an expensive golf simulator, but was a little worried because the company is relatively new. I contacted the retailer thru the website, and received a prompt and detailed response from one of the owners addressing my potential concerns. I ordered the Protee VX golf simulator through the Paypal option. The retailer sent me delivery updates along the way, to include a personal email on foreign tariffs (which they monitored and paid prior to delivery from the Netherlands) and my activation code. The VX was on backorder (as noted by the retailer), but arrived directly from the manufacturer. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this retailer.

Shipping was fast and items packaged well. Slight issues with the new skyTrak+ launch monitor but the manufacturer is helping sort that out. No tax and free shipping. Better than any discount offered online right now.
