It worked for my family but not for me (my phone didn't support e-sim and I hadn't known) They contacted me a few days later asking why I've activated it, but no data was used. I then gave them the info about the e-sim not working on my device. They contacted me the next day giving me a full refund (without asking for it). So, it works well (on my family's phones) and the support was fast, and nice.

Very easy to install and use. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the best part is that no app is required. Everything works directly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

Traveling abroad often comes with high mobile operator charges. This time, Simtaly made everything completely different: activation was incredibly quick, everything worked smoothly right from the start, and when I had a small issue with roaming on my phone, the support team helped me within just a few minutes — friendly and competent. I’m truly impressed and can wholeheartedly recommend this service. Thank you!
