Aunque inicialmente no funcionó. Tras ponerme en contacto con ellos y enviarles el sim y punk me activaron la tarjeta. Ahora funciona muy bien.

Very quick postage out to me etc. Although I cannot give a proper review till I actually get to the USA and see it working etc

Ordered an unlimited USA simcard and it was shipped immediately and it arrived after 4 days in the Netherlands. Customs charged 9 euro's. I received an email from Sims4USA to verify the card number so they could activate the sim card on the day that I need it. Haven't arrived in the USA yet, but I have high hope it will be activated as soon as I am in LA

I had an interesting situation and needed 3 different SIM cards for 2 phones (total 6 cards). I picked the plans I wanted and gave the dates for each one. The only problem was... when I received all 6 SIM cards, they were in a FedEx envelope (with no paper or anything) and I could not tell them apart. On the same day I received the cards I wrote the company asking how I would know which card was which. Not long after I sent that email, I received an email with the code on each SIM, the start date and the amount I bought the SIM card for (the plan I chose). I am happy. I am looking forward to this going smoothly!

Delivered on time, it took me, being from another country, 12 times to call the customer service before everything worked. I did not have a zip code in the usa and i wanted to keep my own number, which was not possible. It works fine now, but it took too much time to get setteled.

Although I stated that my travel day was the 12th when we landed in Dallas unfortunately the sims when activated had no credit even though each sim had cost $33 so we had no way of contacting our friends to advise what time we would be ready to be collected from the airport. I will say though after we found a Wi-Fi service we could connect to Sims5USA sorted the activation pretty much straight away.

Happy with the customer service provided. The response to queries was quick and helpful. Overall, pleased with the product. Thank you.
