Excellent. Item came on time.

Friendly customer service. The prepaid card came a few days after order. I didnt test the prepaid card yet because i will go to the USA in a few weeks but until now i am fully satisfied.

Excellent service. Very quick delivery. Activated as soon as switched on, in US, and worked great during the vacation.

Delivered fast

Very pleased with their service and the sim works as promised. Shortly before our trip we found out the flight was changed and we would arrive a day early. I wrote them an email if it was possible to change the activation date. They responded within the hour that it was done. Although I was a bit sceptic, they kept word and the sim worked on arriving in USA. We use it only as a hotspot for wifi and not for texting and calling, and chose unlimited data. Perfect to have our own wifi hotspot while traveling and not having to rely on free wifi from hotels/restaurants.

At the moment I am satisfied with the support that was provided to me when purchasing the SIM CARD for the United States. I hope that the signal coverage is also adequate, but I can only confirm this after my return to Italy.
