I liked how we were turned into cartoons. But it was a little unaccurate. Instead of just one parakeet in the picture there was two. And something was a little off with the faces of me and my family. Otherwise, it's pretty cool being in the simpsons!

I enjoyed the product, but I ordered the rush service in 48 hours and they did not complete it within that timeframe and it took a long time to get the refund for them not delivering in time.

Originally was sent incorrect family which delayed me receiving my item. Requested several edits as we looked frightening in what was created. They were timely and responsive to edits but was ultimately disappointed in end product. We did not look the The Simpsons.

The Simpsonized characters were not a very good likeness of my family. I worked on revisions with the company artist, and they did respond in a timely manner, but never did get it quite right, even after I sent them additional pics and, eventually, out of desperation, a screen shot of a likeness from another "yellow" company ad that looked quite a bit like my son. Eventually, I gave up trying to get a better likeness and decided to cut my losses by --before approving the image --cancelling my order for a canvas. They promptly refunded that extra cost ($99 for a canvas of the image) but I still spent over $200 for a digital image I am not crazy about and have to have printed myself. Disappointing. Note that their site has a limit on the number of words you can use to describe what you want. I wanted 7 characters, so I had to keep revising and cutting my order description. As best you can, you should be as detailed as possible about everything, from clothing to parting of the hair, and send many pics. Also, my first draft image was missing at least half the details I'd requested on my order, and I went back and forth 4 times to get them all in. Once, a detail they added disappeared in a subsequent revision, so be sure to carefully review every revision. Ultimately, the process was frustrating, but the company was quite responsive. I realize the product will be different depending on the talent and experience of the artist you are assigned, but I wish I'd looked at other companies and prices. I didn't realize there were so many doing this "yellow" thing, some with a bigger variety of backgrounds and more lively caricatures, until I went hunting for an online image to send them in my effort to get a better likeness of my son.

It was a stressfull experience. The first few attempts were awful and I am not an artist so I was not sure who to be more specific with revisions. Even the the one I finalized was just okay. Also, the features weren't like the Simpsons. They were poorly drawn, yellow cartoon versions of people.
