Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We know late fall planting followed by a harsh winter can be tough on newly planted trees, so we really appreciate you working through the process with us. We always want to make sure we fully understand what’s going on before jumping to conclusions, especially with living plants where timing, weather, soil, watering, and transplant stress can all play a role. We’re glad our team was able to help walk through everything with you and ultimately get the situation resolved. Your kindness and patience throughout the process truly meant a lot to us. Thank you again for trusting us with your project, and we’d be honored to help again in the future. :)
