This company is has deceptive practices, they automatically mark you for a subscription, ordered a three months supply and 30 days later are billing me for 3 more bottles. Tried calling no return call emailed and I was told to late to cancel. They billed me for 3 on 9/18 said to late to cancel but I didn’t receive until 10/7 and then only 2 came. These are not made in the US, can’t find out where manufactured. DO NOT BUY!!!

Useless product. Sold to vulnerable people. Traps purchasers into subscribing to repeat deliveries and great cost. Should be removed from all internet and social media sites. This evening I have received notification that my subscription is cancelled and my funds refunded. Unfortunately the trap still exists for vulnerable, ill people looking for aid. But I am thankful that the company has done the right thing for me.

Buyer beware. Auto subscription done without your knowledge. Check for xylitol and erythritol in ingredients too. There is a 30 day guarantee but they try to get out of it.

Very unfortunate that I don’t see any change in my condition as the add implied. Maybe it was just a scam? I have cancelled my subscription and the price went up significantly… so beware

You can either clarify the subscription option when ordering the first time, or offer the customer a refund if they receive an order they didn't want. Money-back guarantee is falsely advertised since I didn't receive my money back when I ended up with a subscription I didn't want (until I decided I wanted more).

I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges. Nowhere on the site does it mention a recurring order. I ordered 3 so I could receive 2 free. Within a few weeks of product arrival I was billed over $200. Nope!

I do not know how they got my information but I tried to get information because I have a charge from last month and again this month. I did not place this order or the current one being charged on my Credit Card. I have report fraud to my bank card. You can not even reach the number they provide you and or if you email them, they do not respond. REPORTING TO THE BBB now!

Company auto subscribed without my permission! I'm very thorough and did everything I could to make sure I wasn't subscribed after my initial order. Website had me type in my email if it was associated with a subscription it would send me a link. I never received one, so thought I was not subscribed. Also went through all materials when I ordered, nowhere was a clause I was consenting to a subscription. So, if its there, it is hidden. Then, got hit with a $156 charge a month later that of course, there is no way to cancel. These predatory companies need to be held accountable, its really disappointing.
