I cancelled my plan in October, they kept charging me until November, then told me all was cancelled, but my employee is still showing as active. When I call support they say they can't log into my account and there is nothing they can do. My account says they are the ones who have to deactivate my employee. This company is a complete joke. Avoid them at all costs unless you like wasting a lot of time.

Not recommended. This company is apparently too busy to take on new customers. You won't get a response to emails or phone calls, they don't do what they say they will do. DON"T DO IT.
