They got our business the wrong policy and told us everything was fine. It wasn't. They then didn't course correct, costing us a lot of money and it is uncertain that we will be able to switch out of the wrong policy. We switched to a new agency and they are attempting to help us with this. Stay away from this company!

This place is an absolute mess. No wonder intuit/quickbooks booted time from direct integration. Those investors will have lost their money due to poor management. We stayed with them after Quickbooks dropped them. I noticed that the employee portion of the deductions weren't working. So I called in July. Known issue. Justin said that I had to change things and create a new user account on QBO. SimplyInsured used that account to access the site the next day - things got fixed. I was supposed to get a follow up email of the deduction discrepancy so I could correct. A month passes and no follow up. We hired an employee that didn't get the invite for insurance. We login to simplyinsured again to find that the link was broken. Their automated reconnect to Quickbooks button doesn't work. I contact again, escalated to supervisor. Explained that I did what they said to do. And it still doesn't work. Tell me exactly what I need to do. Two weeks later and still nothing. Then I get an email saying that the case was closed --- and it's still not fixed. F'ing disaster with non-existent and when you reach them not knowledgeable customer support. Be Warned!

Several agents made promises as to when the health plan would be active. The client I was working with had employees without health insurance and SimplyInsured did not stand behind their assurances. I do not appreciate being lied to. Just be honest when you are behind and can't help customers according to what you promise. They also switched out from Intuit and had portal issues which is what I believe led to the mess we are in.

Worst Company and customer service. They literally just tried steal money from our company

If I could do a negative score, I would. Getting a hold of a supervisor is impossible. This company said our insurance was approved, yet it wasn't when we spoke to the insurance provider. Not only do they lie, they also make every effort to not resolve your issues. You'd think QuickBooks would find a trusted insurance broker. This also makes QuickBooks look bad.

Horrendous support. As the other reviewer mentioned, It's hard to resist the draw of this company since their service is built into Quickbooks, but they are truly one of the worst I have ever encountered. We've been trying for the past 2 months to get in contact with someone -- reaching out almost every other day and we've had 0 success. They have only followed up once via email, once to tell us the problem was fixed (it wasn't). At this point, I can't be sure where the issue lies. Is it intentional negligence? We are literally speechless. How did this company make it pass Ycombinator?

It's hard to resist the draw of this company since their service is built into Quickbooks, but they are truly one of the worst I have ever encountered. We signed up for coverage on 9/1, and this company dropped the ball and allowed our coverage to terminate on this date. Once we got the coverage reinstated, the premium was nearly 20% higher than we were quoted, and our employees' coverage and deductions were all wrong. We've been trying for the past 2 months to get this fixed reaching out almost every other day and we've had 0 success. They have only followed up twice via email, once to tell us the problem was fixed (it wasn't) and another time to tell us we could sign up for a different, even more expensive plan. At this point, I can't be sure where the issue lies. Is it intentional negligence? I would assume they make more off of higher premiums. Is it ignorance? Clearly, the company knows they have service/support issues from the Google Reviews, yet they've done nothing to correct this. Perhaps it's SimplyIncompetence. If you're reading this, and you've encountered a similar experience, we would recommend contacting the higher ups at Intuit and let them know that this company is doing a disservice to the Intuit and QB user base.

Horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They have literally lied, cheated and even stole thousands from my business.
