I have for many months told this company to fix the wrong email thay have in the profile. The correct email is on the resume. They say do this and do that; it does not correspond when you go to the profile. They are flat out refusing to cooperatee and take off the wrong email and wasting my time. My job was stolen by the CA gov, and I have the right to have the correct email in my profile and repair the damage this state has done to my finances and my career.

I have been posting on this site for about a year - have not received any good candidates in the entire time. Recently one of my postings had another businesses logo on my posting. When I alerted SH for the error I was then deemed unacceptable 3 days later. With no recourse and no ability to appeal. Oh, and I got my invoice for revealed applicants that I can no longer see yesterday as well!

How are they allowed to take my info to verify my business and then deny me from applying for no reason. Then continue to ask for more information each day which does not grant me an account or a person to explain what the problem is. This is a scam. I wish I had not given any information. I have been in business over 13 years as an S-corp so I don't know what info did not look right to them. This has been a horrible feeling thinking I just got scammed and someone has my info. They need to be shut down!!

Definitely worst job board to post on in the world! I uploaded legit documents and still had my account closed. What a joke! This company brings in made cash from people.

Simply Hired works for the John Birch Society. The John Birch Society is deeply involved in funding violent white supremacists. They had the nerve to send me an offer to apply for a job to become an activist coordinator for white supremacists.

Very poor customer service. The high price point ($35 each!) to reveal candidates that are not guaranteed to even respond back or show up for an interview, let alone become an employee. My account was closed out of the blue while I was in the middle of interviewing candidates. When I contacted support, it took them days to respond and state, "We have reviewed your account and have found it to be unsuitable for Simply Hired. Please note that this is a final decision. No further action is required on your part and no additional details regarding this decision will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." I had verified all identity requirements which were accepted and didn't violate any terms and after inputting credit card details to reveal candidates for $35 each, they terminated my account without warning or explanation the next day, in very poor taste. There's way better and cheaper job and recruiting sites out there.

Posted a job and a day later was notified that the job posting was suspended. I asked for an explanation and was told "The listing was unsuitable for Simply Hired". No specific reason.

Just posted a job as an employer, then discovered they want $13 to contact an applicant. If they applicant doesn't respond do we get a refund? Went to give them a call to ask, then discovered they don't have a telephone number. We're a small local business and have two full time people answering phones. If you can't be bothered to operate a telephone line, I'm not taking you seriously. Deleted the job we posted and moved on.
