I placed an order 3/18/2025. I was charged and never received the item. I have made multiple email inquiries and each time I was told that I will be updated soon. I called today - well durinf their stated hours of operation and the message was that I should call back another time. Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER from this company. Read tha other reviews of similar esperiences.

order(SGS-305403) Deluxe Gripper Jar Opener Color: Red Ordered November 2025-website validated order and charged my CC but it is now October 2026 AND I still HAVE NOT received my items. Customer Service never updates me and has not notified me of any shipping dates or tracking numbers but they say "should already be receiving it". Do NOT order from this company even though its a lower price. Its not a deal, its a SCAM!!!

BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING FROM SIMPLY GOOD STUFF. They deserve ZERO stars! I placed and paid for an order in October 2025. The order was never shipped, and I never received the product. That's frustrating enough but what happened next is unbelievable. I have been trying to get my $100.70 back for months. On February 24, 2026, I was told I would receive a refund check “soon.” Here we are, months later, and I am STILL waiting. After nearly a year of excuses, delays, and empty promises, their most recent response was essentially: “Sorry for the long wait. They should have it resolved for you soon.” SOON?! You took my money. You never delivered my order. And nearly a year later, you still haven't returned my money. I cannot understand how a company can keep a customer's money for this long after failing to provide the merchandise that was purchased and continue responding with vague promises that it will be resolved “soon.” At this point, I have completely lost confidence that this company intends to handle this responsibly without further escalation. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you're comfortable taking the risk of paying for products you may never receive and then spending months chasing them for your own money. Simply Good Stuff, you have until September 30, 2026, to return my $100.70. Enough is enough.

SCAM company!!! They STOLE my money! I ordered a submersible light in November 2025. They charged my CC. Never sent the light. Kept saying it was back ordered. I canceled the order in April 2026 but they’ve never sent my refund. All phone calls are met w a recording that’s says call again. All emails are generic.

Never received my order, as so many have had happened. Such a ripoff.

Worst experience with a company ever! I placed my order on 01/26/26 for five items. In MARCH I contacted them to ask to cancel my order and ask for a refund. They assured me my order had just shipped. Having never received it I contacted Paypal with proof of my attempts to contact the company and was issued a full refund. I then received a SMALL part of my order and Paypal contacted me about payment, which I notified them I still had yet to receive most of my order and no response from company. It is now May 29, 2026 and I know I will not receive the rest of my order. I will note that the packing slip said the items were in the package which is laughable because it wouldn’t have fit!

BIG SCAM...I wish I would have read reviews too..just disputed transaction with credit card....wish I knew how to report this business....a total scam I never received any of my order but was constantly being told my items were out of stock, for 4 months

Beware of these people he won’t get your product. They won’t answer their phone and they won’t answer an email and they will steal your money.
