I placed an order on June 6th, 2021. My experience is not different from all the others who have attempted to order from this "company." I tried calling their number on and off over the course of a month. Different days, different times. Didn't matter No one EVER answers the phone and you are not able to leave a message. Try finding them on Google Maps. There is NO STORE front. After they replied to my emails informing me that of the 4 different products I ordered they all were out of stock I requested on two separate occasions that they cancel the order and refund my money. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company. They decided to ship the items instead. About 6 weeks after I placed the order I received 3 of the 4 items and 2 of them were a bait and switch. The pictures on their site are of a completely different brand. You can even read the brand name on the pictures they have on their site. There was a shipping receipt that showed I would receive a refund for the item they did not ship. I suppose that is going to take another 6 weeks. At this point I do not want the items and have requested them to send me a prepaid label and I would be more than happy to send them back in about 6 weeks.

I placed my order on June 27th and just received it on July 22. Just prior to my order, I sent an email confirming that the product was in stock. They responded a few days later stating that it was in stock. Why it took over a month to get an item that was in stock is beyond me. They (probably just one person) doesn't answer the phone. It just rings and gives you a "try again later" message without being able to leave a message. Once shipped, the product arrived in a timely manner. ONCE it was shipped. All that being said; NEVER AGAIN. I'm just as forgiving as the next person, but when you don't respond to messages or answer the phone... NEVER AGAIN. Also, check the BBB. No positives there either.

I’ve been waiting a month for my stuff and when I contacted customer service via email they were snots who acted like it wasn’t even possible that the order could be lost or anything of that sort. They were quite rude. I’ll never even look at their website again.

I will NEVER buy from this company again, Nor would I recommend them! They are SLOW, Customer Service Sucks! They Never answer the phone, Nor can any messages be left. They are Very Very Lucky my case was not turned over too the New York State Office of the Attorney General to get them involved. Horrible business for another Business to conduct business with for supplies needed in a timely manner. Buyers Beware!

Do NOT ever buy anything from this company, they will take your money and then give you the run around that it's out of stock and never ship it, then you cannot actually speak with anyone, the phone service just tells you to write an e-mail, well you know they are NOT going to respond to that because they want to keep your money, thank god I used Pay Pal and was reimbursed immediately from them, you have been warned.

Ordered 2 large sticky rollers 4/21. Been promised over and over items would be sent. It is now 6/21 and haven’t received anything but promises. Order at your own risk.

They still have not sent product but they did keep my money. The order was placed 2 months ago. They will not answer the phone. Never again!

My experience is the same as most. Ordered an item, received the "out of stock" email and never heard from them. I emailed several times, first trying to get a date when I could expect my order, followed by request to cancel my order and credit my Paypal. I tried calling their customer service number, either busy signal or a recording followed by a disconnect. Do not order anything from this site, you'll end up being frustrated and disappointed.
