Sad I have to give them even 1 star. No need to even explain the details, straight up scammers.

I normally wouldn’t give Simplygoodstuff even a rating of 1, but to write this review I had to choose something. On March 4, 2021, I ordered a few items that to this day (September 11, 2021) I have never received the goods or a refund of my money. They are the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT order from them, they just steal your money.

Ordered in JANUARY! Eight months has passed.This company is a complete scam and I'm going to find out what I need to do to get them shut down.

If I could leave them zero stars, I would. Ordered from them, they were paid by PayPal and never received item. They never answer the phone. I emailed like they say because you can't leave a voicemail, finally answered email saying item is out of stock and I could get a refund. Said yes, that is fine and please send acknowledgement of cancellation and refund please. No answer, no product, no refund. I would NEVER order from them again.

I should have known when they charged my credit card upon placing the order vs shipping. It’s now been 10 weeks and the item is “out of stock”. In the mean time I ordered the same item from Amazon and it arrived in 3 days! STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I ordered a mop July 9th. It is now August 11. Have not heard a word. When I try to call they say all lines are busy. I sent an email asking them to cancel order. Did this a few times. No response. Do they exist, except to take your money. DO NOT use this company.

Im having the same experience, I ordered June 13th and have yet to receive or get a hold of anyone. Ive tried several times to call and have sent emails- very frustrating
